Check-in is adjustable when bookings permit. Check-out may be as late as 3pm if no booking clashes.

Five nights usually applies, but shorter stays may be accepted at an adjusted price.
Damage deposit
US$200 for a villa or US$100 for a single-room booking.
Parties and quiet hours
Music must finish at midnight. Quiet hours are midnight to 8am.
Visitors
Only registered guests may enter or use the accommodation.
Pets
Pets are welcome when notified in advance.
Cancellation
Free more than 30 days before arrival; 50% at 15–29 days; 100% within 14 days.
